11 years

It's been 11 wonderful years with my husband. Seems just like yesterday when we were married. Lately when I've been listening to Pandora radio the song "I will be here" comes on and reminds me of our wedding day.
I Will Be Here(Steven Curtis Chapman)

Tomorrow morning if you wake up
and the sun does not appear
I will be here
If in the dark, we lose sight of love
Hold my hand, and have no fear
'Cause I will be here

I will be here
When you feel like being quiet
When you need to speak your mind
I will listen
And I will be here
When the laughter turns to cryin'
Through the winning, losing and trying
We'll be together
I will be here

Tomorrow morning, if you wake up
And the future is unclear
I will be here
Just as sure as seasons were made for change
Our lifetimes were made for these years
So I will be here

I will be here
And you can cry on my shoulder
When the mirror tells us we're older
I will hold you
And I will be here
To watch you grow in beauty
And tell you all the things you are to me
I will be here

I will be true to the promise I have made
To you and to the One who gave you to me

Tomorrow morning, if you wake up
And the sun does not appear
I will be here
Oh, I will be here.

I am finally taking a moment to blog about something other than contests. I know I bored many of you with my contest entry's. Here at the Perfectlycrazy household we've been playing hookie with school because T was so sick last week. Finally he started to get better then ran a fever on Sunday, then of course because we are "Perfect" Taylor got sick on Monday. Just when we thought it was over. We've, or really, I've been enjoying having long naptimes.

Some interesting things that I've ran across lately

This really opened my eyes to what a difference make-up and computer editing make. I've always heard it but to see it. WOW!

I listened to Family Life today and they were talking about Hymns and the importance of teaching hymns to your children. We just started singing a hymn together whenever we do devotions at night. The boys are really catching on to the words. Our first is Holy,Holy,Holy.

I hope all of you have enjoyed the first few days of November. Time is flying by. Christmas will be here before you know it.

Perspective

For those of you wondering, I am still battling the Fruit gnats. It is better and I keep setting out vinegar. Placing a apple peeling in a bowl with plastic wrap on top worked the best. Last night Big T and I sat to flip channels and saw a baseball game on. Now I have no right to complain about all the gnats in my house. That's a real gnat problem. The guy had gnats crawling all over his neck. I don't know how he even pitched. I'll take a few gnats as opposed to thousands crawling all over me. Here's the story about the game if you want to read it.

Busy, Busy, Busy!

Last week was super busy for us. That's why I've been missing around here for too long. Starting with Monday I had a women's bible study that started back up, during the day we had school and I kept a friends kids for a while. Tuesday was spent at a friends house for our weekly workout day after homeschooling first, Wednesday we had to go to town and pick up a check from consigning things and then we just enjoyed staying and eating at Chick-fil-A and playing. Chick-fil-A has great coffee! It has a nice nutty flavor. We had AWANA Wednesday night. Thursday is our regular library storytime day after we homeschool first. Then Friday we had a appointment to go to that is turning into a weekly appointment. Saturday I decided to start pulling out things and gathering together things to sale at a yard sale. We are cleaning up and getting rid of things in hopes that it will just make it easier when our house does sale. We are also trying to decorate to sale. I'll post some pictures of what we've done later when we finish. After enjoying a relaxing holiday, we are looking at a busy week already this week too!
I hope you enjoy your week!
